- AWARENESS- I will help identify and minimize job-site hazards.
- TEAMWORK- I will work with my crew and others to keep our work sites safe.

- TRAINING- I will participate in weekly safety meetings and other training.
- ATTIRE- I will dress appropriately for work and wear protective equipment as required.
- REPORTING- I will report accidents immediately.
- MEASUREMENT- I understand that my efforts are measurable by incident rates and accident costs.

Everyday starts out with a safety meeting where all the workers address/recognize the hazards that are associated with their job or task using our THINK Program. THINK is a daily hazard assessment we use to help minimize our risk and eliminate potential hazards.
The Montana Companies have established a culture aimed at integrating Safety and Health measures into each job task so that safety/health and job performance become inseparable. This will be accomplished by instilling in our managers, supervisors, and employees a “beyond compliance” approach to Safety and Health issues. Through this approach we will attempt not simply to comply with federal and state safety standards, but our goal will be to exceed these standards for the ultimate benefit of our employees.
